For packages appearing empty or without weight, record a video of the unboxing as proof.
Important: Requests submitted after 7 days from delivery cannot be processed.
Allow up to 48 hours for our team to review your request.
Once approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup. Our courier partner will collect the order from your doorstep.
Upon receiving the returned product, our service team will inspect it.
If the issue is verified, a refund will be processed within 24 hours.
Ensure proper documentation (photos/videos) for smooth processing.
